We want you to love your skin—and your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, please review our return and refund policy below.

1. Eligibility for Returns:

 

  • The item is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
     

  • You have the order confirmation or receipt.
     

  • The product was purchased directly from our official website.
     

Note: Due to the personal nature of skincare, opened or used products cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons.

2. Non-Returnable Items:


We do not accept returns or offer refunds on:
 

  • Opened or used skincare products
     

  • Gift cards or promotional items
     

  • Sale or discounted products marked as “final sale”


3. How to Initiate a Return:
 

 

  • Email us at jamalmack74@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.
     

  • If your request is approved, we will provide return instructions and a return address.
     

  • You will be responsible for return shipping costs, unless the return is due to our error (e.g., damaged or incorrect item).


4. Refunds:
 

 

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
     

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original method of payment.
     

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.


5. Damaged or Incorrect Orders:


If your order arrived damaged or you received the wrong product, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging.

We’ll make it right as quickly as possible—either with a replacement or full refund.

6. Late or Missing Refunds:


If you haven’t received a refund after the stated processing time:
 

  • Check with your bank or credit card provider—processing may take time.
